Claude Code only scans .claude/skills for project skills, but the skill lived under .agents/skills (Codex's scan path), so Claude sessions never saw it. Symlink .claude/skills -> ../.agents/skills, mirroring the existing CLAUDE.md -> AGENTS.md convention, so both providers share one SKILL.md. Verified with the real claude CLI that the skill and its description now surface correctly; no per-provider metadata file is needed since Claude only reads SKILL.md frontmatter. Skills dir symlink breaks Claude sandbox
Medium Severity
Making .claude/skills itself a directory symlink to ../.agents/skills matches a known Claude Code sandbox failure. With sandbox/bwrap enabled, Claude hardcodes bind-mount setup on .claude/skills and can fail bash with errors like can't create file at that path when it is a symlink. Skill listing can still succeed, so this is easy to miss. Other projects with the same SSOT layout switched to a real .claude/skills directory plus per-skill symlinks for this reason.

Sync with pingdotgg/t3code (113 commits, v0.0.29-nightly). Conflict resolutions: - AppSidebarLayout.tsx: took upstream. pingdotgg#3921 landed the same capture-phase Cmd+B fix our fork carried, plus a [data-keybinding-capture] escape hatch that our guard-less variant was missing. Fork item 4 dropped as superseded. - AGENTS.md: adopted upstream's focused-verification policy (replacing our contradicting repo-wide `vp check` bullets), kept our fork-only sections. Corrected stale pnpm 10.24.0 -> 11.10.0 to match packageManager. - .claude/skills: upstream pingdotgg#4162 replaced the directory with a symlink to ../.agents/skills. Moved our fork-only upstream-sync skill to .agents/skills/upstream-sync/. The symlink itself lands in a follow-up commit (lint-staged cannot stash a rename source behind a new symlink). Fork items 5 (sidecar prompt-injection hardening) and 6 (live token usage in the working row) survived intact and remain necessary. Verified: lint clean, typecheck clean (15/15 packages), 519/520 tests pass. The single failure (apps/mobile nativeReviewDiffHighlighter) is a pre-existing load-flake in a pure-upstream file; it passes in isolation.

Completes the merge: .claude/skills points at ../.agents/skills so Claude Code
discovers both upstream's skills (test-t3-app, test-t3-mobile,
ios-debugger-agent, ios-simulator-browser) and our fork-only upstream-sync.
Split from the merge commit because lint-staged's git-stash backup cannot
process the rename source .claude/skills/upstream-sync/SKILL.md once the
symlink exists at .claude/skills ("is beyond a symbolic link").
